Very Serious Complaint

Dear Mr. Rizwan Champsi, Mr. Art Mandel and Mr. Paul Goldman:

Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!

How is your day today in sunny Toronto, Ontario  Canada and/or wherever else You are in the World?

My day could be going much better, thank you, except due to the Fact that I have Five (5) $5.00 Coupons that go towards any one Infusium 23 product (excluding trial size) that have No Expiration Date. I went to several Shoppers Drug Mart locations prior to this one in order to find the product since some stores had it and some did Not!





The last very last one that I visited which was at Yonge/St. Clair told me that according to their computer records Only Two Stores have it meaning just yours at Yonge and Eglinton and the one at Yonge and Charles. I therefore went to visit your store since it was more convenient and visited back on Saturday, April 23rd, 2022 @ 1:12 a.m.

I first spoke to a female on site manager about finding where your product was located in the store and she referred ME over to an employee by the name of "Fritz" who was Beyond Absolutely A "Major Disaster" To Work and Deal With who has "No Customer Service Skills, Nor Etiquette", whatsoever and You Are About To Find Out Why?





When I met with him, he was able to locate the product and when I showed him my Legitimate Infusium Coupons, he immediately said that he most likely can Not Accept Them which was Beyond B.S. and he had me wait in that aisle for at least 15-20 minutes before he bothered to come back!

When he finally returned, he comes Up With The Lame Excuse that he Can Not Accept These Legitimate Coupons because they are American Coupons and that he Can Only Accept Canadian Coupons which is Beyond Ludicrous since the Product Is Made in Del Rio, Texas which is clearly printed on the label meaning that this is Clearly An American Made Product being sold in Canadian Stores.





In Addition:  The executive office for Infusium out in Del Rio, Texas had sent ME out these Legitimate Coupons to my Canadian Address for the sole purpose of using them in any Canadian Store of my choice that sells their products and personally told ME that I Can Use These Coupons in Canada and that the store will definitely Get Fully Reimbursed For The Product.

I was very angry, upset and pissed off at this "Fritz" employee for Lying To Me and for Wasting My Valuable Time at that time of the night that when I was leaving the store, "I Told Him Off" because "He Deserved It" and Then "He Told Me Off Right Back" which is against "Customer Service Etiquette", but I guess if it is coming from Your Store, then I Guess "Anything Goes" since your employees are Not Trained In How To Deal With Customers!

1)  Pictures of your bottles of Infusium showing You the proof that they are made in the United States for your reference and further review.

2)  Pictures of my five $5.00 Infusium coupons that have No Expiration Date and are Still Good To Go For Being Used In Canadian Stores.

I am Now Publishing Very, Negative, Truthful Reviews about this Beyond Disgusting Experience in your store for the World To See on Major Social Media Websites which include:

Final Thoughts 1:  No Wonder Why Your Yonge/Eglinton Store Got So Many BAD Reviews And Now You Are Getting Another One!

Final Thoughts 2:  For A Store That Makes 32 Million Dollars A Year, I Would Expect MUCH Better Service Than The s**t Service That I Had Just Received From "Fritz" In Your Rich Store!

PS:  I Will Contact The CEO Of Infusium And Tell Him NOT To Sell Their Products Anymore In Your Shoppers Drug Mart Store Since That Is How You Mistreat And Abuse Infusium's Customers!
