My True DIY SOLAR I Got Scammed Story !!! [CA]

I Bought My Solar Equipment Upgrade From A Well Advertised Online Solar Equipment Company, My investigation of them prior to purchase seemed positive overall, they seemed knowlegable in their business, Im only a novice when it comes to Solar so I Asked this company to put together a system for me that they would recommend, They Obliged, and they recommended to me a MPP 6KWH Inverter matched with a 12KWH Kong Big Battery and a AIMS Battery Charger, The 12KWH Kong Big Battery Alone Was $4400 plus Tax But it was suppose to have a 10 year warranty ! The equipment arrived and was installed but the inverter would not Auto switch properly, I spent a couple weeks off and on with their tech support to no avail, So I upgraded to what Big Battery Recommended A 12KWH growatt Inverter But still had the same problem ??? The Big Battery Powerwall They Advertised would Take upto 8 more Powerwalls when building up my system if i so desired at a later time. I found a much better Price for Powerwalls From a Solar Battery Manufacturer, I Gave Them My Kong Big Battery Specs and They Assured me that they would work compatably having the same cell count and LifeP04 Chemistry as the Kong Big Battery, I Ordered and They arrived, After installing Them I had A Problem ! While they were Charging the Big Battery Went Into Discharge and Vice Versa. The new battery vendor double checked the specs and assured me that the batterys were compatable according to Big Batterys Specs For My Kong Battery ! Come to Find Out That The Solar Equipment Company I Trusted to put My Solar sytem Together Charged me for A 12KWH Kong Battery But Sent Me A (Non US Standard ) Variant Of The 16 Cell Kong Battery Instead, Which Had Different Specs and 17 Cell Battery Chemistry ! It was NOT Compatable to the new Powerwalls I Had Just Recieved ! In Fact It was not compatable with the MPP Inverter they sold me with it Either, having to many cells was not a Standard US Battery, So I wasnt worried, This very expensive Battery has a 10 Year Warranty ! LOL Thats A Good Laugh ! Not If They Dont Choose to honor it ! I Told Them Thats Not What I ordered, Look at my receipt, It states 1 Kong Big Battery $4400 ! They Refused to Honor my Warranty and or Replace the Battery with the one I had actually ordered and paid a lot of $$$ for ! But I Have A 10 Year Toilet Paper Warranty ! LOL So Its Not US standard its A variant Battery not Compatable and Only Sold On Their Canadian Website Im Told ? I Live In Sunny California NOT Canada ! They Had Many of Their Company Staff Talk To Me Regarding My Return Request Then one of their main Techs emails me that I Shouldnt Worry, that they Dont Take Advantage of their Clients Their ! LOL Again ! I Wrote Back Who Said You Did ? Guilty Consciouse Perhaps ? So Im Their Big Battery Loser Now !!! I Have The Countrys Most Expensive Solar Paperweight at $4400 Plus. Buyer Beware of Shop SolarKits com They will Take Advantage of you While Claiming They Dont !
