So I was scheduled a ten minute set that I paid a whole $250 total for. I was preparing for my first solo concert and sold every ticket for a profit and everything was going good. Then, the day of the concert I received an email saying that they had to cancel the concert and they're so sorry and I would get refunded every cent. Well, that left me having to go back to every single person who also wanted refunds and at the end of the week I still hadn't received any refund!!!

So I decided to email them and see what happened. I got no response. I messaged their Instagram page. No response. I messaged the founder of the showcase tour and still got no response!!! I know from past experience that they do shows but now I also know that they will keep your money and cancel the shows too!
