I never signed up for Signals VIP Insider Membership yet I was charged $14.95 for monthly membership on December 27.  This is a huge ripoff since 1) the cost is $179.40 per year!  and 2) I never requested it.  I ordered 2 items from them in early December:  a dish towel and a silver "peapod" necklace.  They took advantage of my credit card to begin a monthly billing of a membership I never signed up for.  I am waiting for a refund.
