Signalspro007 sold me their forex trading software called Signalspro007 version v6 but refused to actiavte the user license after I promply paid $599.00. It took them over two weeks just to send me the download link.
After installing the EA on my MT4 account with globally respected broker FXChoice.com, Signalspro007 refused to activate the user license. After trying to work with them for over 3 weeks, they requested that I open a new forex account with a new broker.
I gave them two other assisting MT4 accounts I had with LMforex and Oanda but they still refused to activate my license, blaming their failures on the claim that I must have technical problems with my local desktop computer. That's wasn't the source of the problem because I use the VPS service with FXChoice and have several other EA's running with issue on the account/VPS.
I filed a complian with my credit card company for a refund but they told me that they could not over rule the merchants "No Refund Policy". I bought the EA directly from Signalspro007 Instagram contact and never saw or was disclosed of this policy.

Signalspro007.com has and I have satisfactory resloved all of my complaints and I resend and withdraw all claims against this company and their EA, Signalspro007 v6.
I am glad that we came to this resolution because the trading EA is excellent.
