Silver City Medical clinic. Will not let me make an appointment for my boyfriend: Silver City New Mexico

My boyfriend almost died because nobody takes medical issues seriously in the United States of America. He got out of the hospital after suffering a serious injury and he is trying to make a phone call to make an appointment to his doctor? Wishful thinking and they do not answer the phones; they put them on hold for 3 hours - I cannot believe he sat on the phone on hold for 3 hours. I will seriously Sue Silver City New Mexico medical care for not taking care of a seriously sick person; he has been trying to call the Silver City Medical clinic for 4 days and nobody answers the phone they only put you on hold for 3 to 4 hours and because they do not answer the phone and the Silver City Medical clinic they were supposed to send the Silver City adult services a letter stating that he needs help which they did not do, he called the Silver City adult services and they said the doctor never sent the letter to the Silver City adult services? and they cannot give him help and if he collapses again in the shower for 4 days where he could not get his insulin and he dies somebody will pay for this; stop being so incompetent and handle your phones and get somebody to answer them so sick people can get an appointment this country is pathetic.
