Horrible customer service, a tow truck was dispatched today to Sheetz on Route 30 to tow a BMW. The bumper was removed prior to the trucks arrival to ensure there was no damage done to the vehicle during the loading process. The driver of the truck refused to tow the vehicle claiming that it was modified due to the bumper being removed. Driver was very disrespectful to the group of people at the location upon arrival. A female driver with a smaller truck was able to complete the job that you couldn't do. There were no clearance issues and we were treated respectfully by the 2nd company which was Forry's 24 hour towing.
If you are considering a towing company make sure you call Forry's for service. This week you shall learn the power of social media. It's also suggested that you correct your customer service skills quickly. Word will spread, you just pissed off the car community.
