Sincerea "Sissy's Lewis was contracted to cook and serve for a 75th Birthday. She tried several times to get me to change the menu: lost her chicken fryer wanted to purchase from KFC, etc. I said no. She put the chicken in a brown cardboard box on the buffet table, pieces and whole baked chickens without legs and wings.

The 5 purchased jugs of water nor tea, made it on the tables. The cold rolls were in plastic bags, a few were taken out. We agreed to Butterflake yeast rolls , they weren't. The tables could not be set because she was late getting there. Guest were seated. Chargers were on the tables, only.

Salads were stacked up (5) on the buffet table, gallon jars of dressings without pumps, nor small dressing serving bowls.

The brocolli that she first reported was not in the grocery, was found by me. She wanted to substitute with can green beans. Brocolli was served in large spears, just thrown into a pan. 

No chaping pans, food was cold; she said the rental place was out of them. Aluminum pans, black ceramic cooking pans, large beige roaster were in the buffet table. Did not bring 2-3 people who were to help her serve. Left early. She communicated with me using her official day job email address and court title. Georgetown Kentucky
