Singrid Schickling Attacked me, stole June rent, eviction without process Tucson AZ

Mrs Singrid is a horrible landlord, and she pretends to be an innocent naive old woman, but don't let her fool you none, she is a shark. She signs leases in her name, with you, but the property is owned by a trust. This way she can violate the lease and you'll never find a lawyer willing to touch it, since the trust makes it hard to recover anything.

You won't find a lawyer who will pierce the umbrella of the trust, because they won't make the case she is using it for an unlawful conveyance to circumvent Arizona tenancy laws.

This means, she basically dies whatever she wants.

Enter your apartment? Anytime she cares to, she has the keys and will do what she wants.

In my case, she tried to extort free labor from me.. one day she even sent me a text with "instructions for the day".. while I pay rent. Then when that didn't work out, she created a hostile environment, grabbed my arm assaulting and battering me, leaving bruises..

When I addressed her about it and tried to set boundaries, she went nuclear and just boxed all my stuff up and put it in shed to bake in the 115° heat.. I know my printer is ruined. Who knows what else.

She also appears to be set up to charge me from my deposit for the "cleaning and packing" I didn't ask for.

So if you want to pay rent on June 1st, 2025 and somehow be evicted by this crazy woman by June 14th, without any opportunity or time to do anything, with her keeping all your money,

Then this landlord is perfect to feed your self abuse fetish..

Me personally, I wish with every fiber of my being I had never met her or rented off Zillow ..
