Sitejabber is an online review website which purports itself to offer web users the ability to write reviews on the websites they have used and online stores they have done business with. Over the past few years I have contributed over 100 reviews to the website and have gone out of my way to help the site by referring others to it.

Recently I found that Sitejabber was secretly hiding my reviews, but not making that obvious or disclosing that to me. I've never received a notification telling me that my reviews ran afowl of the rules and have read the terms to know that my reviews meet their criteria. While I had over 100 reviews and could see them in my profile, when accessing my profile in incognito, there were only three reviews. That's over 90% of my reviews being hidden without disclosing that fact.

Sitejabber hides reviews and doesn't tell their users.
