SIXT Car Rental Sky Harbor Airport billed me $77 for a windshield chip repair that costed them $25 Phoenix Arizona

Worst car rental company ever! I returned the car to the airport as requested on Wed Nov 27th 2019, I told the vehicle inspector that I had a rock chip and offered to settle it right there (I even got an estimate from a windshield repair place). He declined my offer and told me: "if you don't hear from us in a week or so, you're all set." He did not give me a receipt for the returned rental and charge to my credit card either.

Two weeks go by so I email their customer service and ask about the rock chip and why I was not given a recipt. I received an email back with a copy of my recipt and a thank you for renting with them. Again, NO mention of the rock chip repair or any additional costs to me. I considered the matter over and forgot about it.

Finally, today, January 7th, 2020 I receive an email from their claims department charging me for the rock chip damage. They sent me the receipt for $25 that they paid for the repair and then added $15 for a bogus administrative fee and $37.76 for an even more bogus "loss of use." The windshild rock chip repair takes five minutes if so and it is performed right there at their premises, their vehicle was most certainly rented without interruption. This is definitely a ripoff and I will never, EVER rent from these frauds again!
