I opened account, xferred $200 money from my bank, applied for the visa card, setup a $250 xfer they then RESTRICTED my account. BRAND new Customer no transactions yet. Tried chat, help tickets they keto closing them, called a few times...  finlly after saying i was going to start filing complaints they close my account. They wont refund $250. They didn't stop the $250 Xfer. ITs now been 18 days. i keep sending help desk tickets and i called again all they have are excuses. I started filing complaints online at the various institutions. DONT use SKRILL.. use WISE Venmo, CashAPP, Zelle, Paypal, Chime...  Anything but SKRILL - you'll be sorry...  go check reviews
