After 1 yr of this company chasing me to purchase a CRM for my Real Estate brokerage I finally decided to give it a shot. I gave a total of $750.00 (500 for the set up and 250 deposit for the first month of services). I was told through sales it was a super easy to get set up, they just needed my logo and my list of documents for my file audits, and I would be up and running in 1 week, and that someone would contact me on 6/14 to do the first phone interview to set up the software to fit my needs, that didn't happen.

Waited to next friday (the account manager went on vacation) and no one called me at the time I requested, waited the next friday, finally asked someone else to be in charge because the account manager Megan Dodge was "Dogding" my calls and no calling me back at the requested times.

She would call me but when she knew I was in meetings to have a call log to try to keep her job, I guess. After waiting almost a month and never receving credentials or any for the service I paid I asked them to stop working on my set up (which I doubt any work was even done at that point because they email chain from megan kept requested more and more items but she wouldn't actually get on the phone with me to discuss why she neded them at that point) and to cancel and refund my full deposit and set up charge. 

Megan finally called me when I was trying to cancel. In the event to try to save the account she ended up having a powerstruggle arguement with me, where she basically admited my funds were being help hostage (not in those words but that is waht is happening)

When I finally spoke with the account manager Janae Tanti, she said she had to take it to the CEO, and that Not only could she not give me back any of my money but they might actually have to charge more money due to the calls I made to try to cancel and get my money back. This is a total ripoff. I may never get my money back from these crooks, but this will be the most expensive $750.00 they ever stole. They cannot continue to do this to me or anyone else.
