I am a carrier and I receive my loads through CentralDispatch.com (the main site for all auto transport carriers).   I'm writing to warn all consumers - do not give your business to Smart Talk Transport.  They will take your order... they will lie to the carrier about what they will get upon delivery.  The consumer is then in a jam.  No car unless you pay the correct rate to the carrier.  The carrier will hold your car until they are paid.  YOU LOSE!  

Do you want proof?  Any any other auto transport company what the rating is for Smart Talk Transport on Central Dispatch.  They have one of the lowest rates you can get.  They have received terrible reviews from many many carriers.  This means that Smart Talk has to charge the consumer more in order to find a truck.  Truckers are now avoiding any loads posted by this broker.   Also - note all the negative reviews they have on the BBB.  They lie to the BBB about the size of their company and they post many many many fake positive reviews on the BBB in order to maintain their A+ Rating (this is a huge red flag).   

Here is the real problem.  Smart Talk Transport will receive a lead from a lead provider and they will put the load on Central Dispatch without the consumers knowledge.  This is fraud.  They act like they have a contract to move the vehicle and they hurt the consumer by posting their load without their permission.   This practice causes delays due to the confusion caused by the vehicle being double posted.  The customer will choose another company but Smart Talk doesn't care.   They will raise the bid and try to find the first carrier that will take it for the highest price.  

Now how is an honest broker going to find you the lowest price possible if brokers are posting your load without permission.  Posting your load at ever higher bids... driving your cost up with their fraud.   How do you resolve this problem?  Write letters to the dispatch board - www.centraldispatch.com (use their contact us screen).  

Also - don't accept any calls from Smart Talk.  Do not accept their truck if they claim to have one for you!  Nuts.    All excellent brokers have a 100% rating on Central Dispatch.  The carriers like what they do and how they are treated.  All carriers pickup at great rates for brokers with a 100% Rating.   Every time a broker gets a negative review they drop from 100% to 99.9%.   Smart Talk Transport has nearly 50  negative reviews from carriers - one of the lowest rates on Central Dispatch.   Only F Rated carriers will take the risk to accept a load from Smart Talk.  Do you want an F Rated Carrier to touch your vehicle?  Hell NO.
