SmartMart247 is a reported scam, their adverting is misleading and their address is a parking lot! Do not buy anything from this seller, just googel the company and you will find many warings not to do bussnies with it. I fell victum to their false and misleading adverting. I paid for lights that the advertising made you think the light was surveillance. What I recieved are monitor (motion) lights that have nothing to do with surveillance. The Seller's US address is a parking lot with a 18 wheeler this the address where the lights where shipped from.(Hrtti 5465 UNION PACIFIC AVE, COMMERCE CA 90022) When questioned the seller claimed that the lights were not advetized as surveillance camreas, but they were! The seller then agreed to a refund but only if I send the lights to China knowing the cost is more than what paid. Just a part of a scam. Buyer be Ware
