 Peggy Sellers, along with the attorney representing the board of nursing, appears to be engaged in a vendetta that targets Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) professionals. Terri roop with Parkwood healthcare is the one who ruined my nursing career. Because I had a slip and fall. The director of nursing stalked a followed me to Parkwood healthcare in Phenix city. Parkwood allowed me to continue giving medications to patients. Which Terri roop told me that I was supposed to have been fired on the day. The director of nursing falsely claiming she saw me. Put medication in a patients food. In 2016 Parkwood got in trouble. For sending 3 patients to the emergency room nearly dead. Yet I was to blame. It took 7 years for the state of Alabama to take action against Parkwood. But I was the one falsely accused of not providing care to the patients. When it was Parkwood healthcare. They were allowed to transform into an assisted living facility. So the state can’t get them in trouble. Their actions seem to echo a troubling pattern reminiscent of a witch hunt, with the intent to undermine and destroy the careers of dedicated individuals in the nursing field, similar to the detrimental impact experienced in my own professional journey. In an effort to dodge this financial burden, they resorted to these unjust accusations, culminating in her wrongful termination from her job. Despite the charges levelled against her, the reality is that during the last two weeks of her employment, my mother was allowed to continue administering medications to patients without any incidents or complaints regarding her practices. She remained vigilant and responsible, ensuring that all procedures were followed appropriately and that the well-being of her patients was prioritized. This context reveals the inconsistency in the accusations made against her and highlights the unjust nature of her termination, which was predicated on financial motivations rather than any real concern for patient safety or care.

Then, on top of that, Malinda Baird advised my mom to re-enroll me and to get along with my teachers. My mom put a stop to her making money of of my misery that she was causing me. While my mom did her best to cooperate, she shouldn’t have had to endure their rudeness and the way they dismissed her concerns.

 Stacy just doesn't seem to understand, and honestly, I doubt she ever will. Who is she to judge my mom and pass such harsh condemnation when she doesn’t even know her personally? It’s frustrating because none of the team who backs her up really knows what my mom is all about either. Then Terri tried to get other nurses to lie saying she saw her put medication in a patients food. My mom would never do anything to put her job in jeopardy! Then there’s Director of nursing lied under oath to my mom’s lawyer saying she never had a problem with my mom. So the Alabama board of nursing didn’t believe my mom. When she claimed she had problems at another nursing home. This was dirty and criminal with what my mom was put through. Alabama is the most corrupt state!

The real issue lies in the fact that I experienced harassment from two male employees at Home Depot. They refused to cut my wood down by six inches, despite having previously completed the cutting for my entire living room wall—again, six inches. Their actions felt discriminatory, and I believe it was rooted in my gender. It seems like Jessica Weidman was used as a means to ban me, which prevented me from taking legal action against them for race discrimination.
