Smoky Hill Library Incompetent and Rude Centennial Colorado
A librarian had to tell me that Libby is better than Overdrive and I should download the Libby app on to my laptop to access Overdrive on my computer just to access my bookshelf?
And then, she had to tell Tech Support to talk to me about my "problem" getting into Overdrive? As if she knew what the f*ck she was talking about?
I actually went to a separate wing of the library just to figure out what the correct answer was. Which was actually going to the main library website and clicking on the Overdrive link in order to acces your account. None of which requires Libby in any sort of way.
And then Tech Support actually had the f*cking gull to condescend towards me just for asking.
She then had to stand and talk sh*t to her coworkers because I told her she obviously doesn't know what she is even talking about. Which ended up being true, in front of the whole library.
Your staff needs a re-evaluation of competency and customer service. And seriously, take your goddamn f*cking attitude and shove it up your worthless f*cking a*s. Lucky I didn't knock your f*cking teeth out for even speaking.
