Socal Lien Solutions - Collected Money for a Construction Non Payment but Never Paid me any of it. Fullerton CA

I contracted Socal Lien Solutions and Mr. Jeff Anderson to Collect on an unpaid Construction contract. The contract was for Socal LIen Solutions to get paid a 10% collection fee. They were able to collect $15,500 from the prime contractor. Their fee is $1,550 The collected money less fees was $13,500 to be paid to my company. I have repeadedly asked for payment and had to retain an attorney to request the money from Socal Lien Solutions. Jeff Anderson refuses to pay the money due and did not answer any letter or calls. Stay away.  I got Zero $$ and Socal LIen solutions got paid $15,500 for collection of my debt.
