I purchase a backpack from Soforlife.com. In the product information it states, "We have 24/7/365 ticket and email support. Please contact us at support@soforlife.com if you need assistance.

My wife was not satified with the product. I emailed support@soforlife.com to return the product for a refund and I was told unless there is a manufacturers defect, they wouldn't offer a refund.
