Sok Visal is a French/Cambodian scam artist who over many years has borrowed hundreds of thousands of dollars from family, friends and investors. He makes promises which he doesn't keep and any profit generated from said investments is then kept by Sok Visal and records of this money are kept hidden. Sok Visal has been doing this for a number of years and he is about to continue this trend by looking for investors for his upcoming project/scam 'In The Shade'.
If you are considering investing money with Sok Visal be aware you will lose everything. He is a confidence man who will say whatever he has to in order to borrow money.
