The above report was filed by a mentally unstable individual who was under a legal restraining order at the time.  This individual has been trolling my client to extort money and cause harm to his reputation.  This individual has had no part or any experience with SolGreen Properties.  This is a smear campaign against an individual.

With my own personal experience and due diligence stories from other verifiable sources regarding Mr. SolGreen Properties CEO's handling of finances, securities and investments is not his strength. This Hollywood pitchman is a train wreck, and nothing more than smarmy social media used car salesman who cannot maintain his own business records, personal checkbook and so broke, he can't even hire a competent lawyer or book keeper that isn't a cheap paid parrot.

This company was his last success - WRFX and it was sinking fast, he jumped ship and shareholders and their subsidiary had to bail it out. There is always an excuse for this guy. Bad lawyers, bad CPA's bad partners, bad consultants, divorce, health issues, movie deals.

Brad's agreements contracts are cut & paste copiesof others work product filled with errors and incorrect information, pre-signed with a electronic font signature. He always will tell you that you are a VIP with a sense of urgency and loss opportunity if you don't wire him money right away.

He chronically fails to follow up on legal paperwork and spends more time hyping social media to pump his story. I suspect he paid people to hype the stock and paid for fake followers on social media.

I have never received any financial return for my misplaced trust in this hair plugged charlatan. He rents qualified people to give himself street credit, but they usually quit sooner than later. Don't be fooled by his big titles and claims of patents on LinkedIn. He is the king of abandoned patents applications, not a single award.

Brad is excellent at hiring off shore Fiverr and UpWork contractors to make "explainer" videos that make it look like there is something but that is all it is, just a big show to sucker investors. Remember, he is an award-winning movie professional and charity fund raiser.

Being an "Award Winning" yet, unimpressive movie script writer sounds like success, until you take a closer look and see what his past efforts achieved. Nothing -- (2+) failed marriages, (6+) failed businessgift wrapped with a #Hollywood entitled attitude. Brad Listermann makes bad choices. If you follow his numerous social media posts, Mr. Hollywood is a fake CEO and always trying to look dreamier than the “drama driven” one-man band he is in reality.
