Solid Foundation Properties LLC is not a reputable company in my opinion. I should have known when they reached to us asking us to become a vendor because they did not have a primary vendor in our area. They sent out 2 emails stating how much money they were going to deposit in our bank account and never deposited the money. When I followed up with them on numerous occasions the A/P analyst kept stating the Accounting Manager was aware of the issue and looking into it. It does not take 4 weeks to resolve a nonpayment issue. Please don't let the A+ rating with the BBB fool you because that was one of the reasons we signed up with this company.
Property Preservation vendors please do not sign up with this company if they reach out to you to join their team because they have poor communication and you will not receive payment.
