Dont buy Sonos products!!!! I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and the first time I called about a product failing they didnt even offer to look at the product.  I bought a playbay in 2015 and have used it on and off.  Recently the playbar completely failed. I called customer service and spent 2 hours to confirm that it did not work and then to be told that my only option was to buy a new one.  They would offer my 30% off. WOW. That is a ripoff!!!!

I had just purchased my 8th peiece of sonos equipment weeks earlier and have been a loyal customer for 8 years and their best offer was to spend more money with them. They didn't offer to look at the speaker, to repair or even replace at cost.  They offered me a deal that was slightly better than what I could find on my own. I think sonos should advertise that you can only expect about 5 years out of their gear...I wonder if people would spend the money with them if they know that was the case.

Your complaint is that they would not offer free service on an out-of-warranty product. That isn’t a rip-off.

The 30% discount offer was more than fair. Enjoy the music.
