Sophia Berton Berlin L'OJosete Paris Beauty Replenish I ordered a product online and was charged for shipping only. At no time did I opt in for any membership nor was this a trial. Seven days after receiving the product, my account was charged 94.99.

I called the company phone number on the label and was advised that it was a 14 day free trial and subscription service. I advised it was only 7 days. The representative advised since the product was opened they would not take the product back. I asked what kind of free trial is it when you cannot return the product? Initially the agent offered a 25%discount. I declined and advised this was fraud and will report to BBB. Agent then offered a 50% discount. I declined again and requested to speak with a manager. Agent then made afinal offer of 75% which I accepted just because I felt I had to recover my money.

I retunred to the website and reviewed again and noticed that once you click on the order link it takes you to a different site beautyreplenishskincare.com to place your order. I tried it again today and it defaulted to another website, ulta-sk.com!

I called back and after putting me on hold, they agreed to refund the balance of my money. I received an email confirmation from a company by the name of L'Ojeste signed by Sophia Berton! The representative advised me that this was a different brand under the parent company of Sophia Berton. When I asked where they were located and registered she stated Odessa FL. I am unable to locate a registered company in FL under this name.

That said, the product is nothing spectacular. Very freasy, similar to Vaseline intensive care! Odessa FL
