Soulmate Drawing Master Serena Master Fang Claimed to be able to draw a picture of my soulmate Internet

Master Serena advertisement link claims she can sketch your soulmate for free. Nope. Not free. It's $19.99. Ok. So I pay it and before getting to the sketch I'm redirected to watch 3 different videos then have to log back in only to be redirected again, log in again... then still had to wait for "Master Serena" to draw my sketch. Then I get notification that a Master Fang has drawn it. Again, had to jump thru hoops to finally link to the sketch. 

The drawing i recieved is of someone I would never ever ever be attracted to. It's 100% wrong. What a waste of time and money. I am so upset and not happy at all. I saw the drawing and felt ill. It kind of looks like my cousin who tried to make incestuous advances towards me when i was a child. It's just not right. 

So let down. I stupidly thought this was on the level. I feel like a fool. Do they randomly pick someone from ones FB or what?

The sketch brought up feelings long forgotten and left me disgusted. 

Then the cherry on top is the reading regarding how in going to meet this person. It says at a gathering like a party. Well, I don't go out. I don't attend parties. 

The whole thing is pure fraud and theft. Every time you try to log in it tells you about yet another reading or support tool you must have for the low(! Not low! ) price of $29.99. Lovely. No thank you. 19.99$ was enough wasted on scam artists like these people.  

They keep e mailing to see how I liked my report or to tell me to hurry up and access it( duh, already did) and this is after I emailed them with my complaint. Ever since I opened that sketch I've felt so ugh .... seriously nauseous with this pit in my tummy with anger as a garnish. 

Horribly wrong and criminal if you ask me.
