One Source Auctions I contracted with them to sell several hundred books and they are not selling them. Canandaigua New York

I contracted with One Source to sell several hundred specialty books. The lot sat for a year while I waited for them to be sold. When I began inquiring as to why the books hadn't been sold yet they ignored my emails, prompting me to call. The woman who answered told me that they would get to them eventually, and for a short time the books began to be sold and I received cheques. Then all went quiet again and I asked if they wanted to buy the lot from me to sell on their own time. I sent an itemized list and they said they couldn't afford that. When I asked again if they were going to sell these books they said they didn't care if they did. My issue is that I am almost three hours away and will need to rent a truck to pick them up myself this winter. I will probably go in the spring when it's warmer but I am extremely disappointed that this business assured me they could liquidate this lot and then refused to do so.
