Infaltable blood flow restriction cuffs with pressure gauge (like guage medical people use to check your blood pressure with a cuff)

One of the inflatable leg cuffs would not inflate.  Also, the pressure gauge would not register at numbers above 40 even when a cuff was inflated.  Two defective items out of five!!  When I ordered, I was told I had 30 days to return this product.  I did not think to ask if they gave refunds because I so rarely have to return any merchandis.  When I called customer service to ask about return protocol, I was told that I could not get a refund even though I had only had the product two weeks and had not been able to use it due to above listed defects. 

I recommend not buying products from this company.  I would not have ordered if I had realized they do not refund.  They did offer to replace the merchandise but who wants merchandise from a deciteful company that provides defective merchandise.  Fortunately my credit card company has responded to my dispute and has refunded my money. (probably because I have had my Visa card for over 30 years and have only had one other dispute!)  Buyers Beware!
