This company solicits to advertise homeowner rentals, especially in vacation areas in SC, for a low annual $40 fee. Compared to the fees charged by vrbo this was a bargain if you only contracted for a couple of rentals. At the time I listed there was a money back guarantee that if you did not obtain any rentals they would refund your fee.
During that year I did not receive ANY inquiries which therefore would not result in a rental for our vacation property in North Myrtle Beach, SC. After the end of the one year period I declined a renewal and requested a refund. There was no reply and no further contact. Admittedly this was several years ago and today they do not list a moneyback guarantee. I can understand why.
