Let me tell you about my experience dealing with Brandon.

From the very beginning, he misrepresented the entire nature of a real estate transaction, we were doing in Hinesville. He told me the property was not an assignment deal, claiming to be the direct seller. But when I started doing my due diligence, the truth became clear—he didn’t even have equitable interest in the property. He was just trying to assign a contract he didn’t fully control. That’s not just misleading—it’s straight-up dishonest.

Even after discovering that, I still tried to keep it professional. I asked for clarity and documentation, but instead of transparency, Brandon became more rude, controlling, and aggressive. He started pressuring me to send funds—even after the contract had already expired. He acted like I was the problem, when in reality, he couldn’t back up his own deal with proper documentation or honesty.

Then he had the nerve to go online and accuse me of being unreliable. That’s laughable. I never “promised and delayed”—I communicated clearly and responsibly. But once I realized things didn’t add up on his end, I rightfully slowed down. That’s what any smart investor would do.

Brandon is a pretender. He talks like he’s a professional, but his behavior says otherwise. He lied, manipulated, and tried to force a deal through without proper ethics or respect. If you’re considering doing business with him—don’t. Save yourself the headache.

This experience taught me a lot, but most importantly, it reminded me to trust my gut and stand on integrity. Because not everyone in real estate moves the right way. And unfortunately, Brandon is one of those people.
