Bryan Nowak and Southwind Capital Partners was introduced to me by a trusted source for an equity raise on a development. After one week Bryan requested more fees from me withour providing any refernces or work effort. During the week to two week long period we had a call and all Bryan did was run his mouth about being "like a law firm" and other pitiful examples of why a client would give him upfront fees.

Once Bryan Nowak was confronted by my source and me he did send a shabbily concocted flyer that most 3rd graders could generate. In retrospect; Bryan misrepresented himself throughout the entire process and did nothing more than run his mouth. Our final call consisted of Bryan using unprofessional language, making irrational claims, and refusing to own his negligent bahavior and scam.

Here is a take away from Southwind Capital and Bryan Nowak: He is not the source of funds and he is one of the most disrespectful and arraogant people ever. He will scam you for upfront fees and misreprsent his abilities. Do not use him or his company for funding of any kind.
