Spatium Design, Corp Jose Ignacio Perez 18 Months on a Full-Paid Unfinished Kitchen - This Company is FRAUD Miami FL

I paid this company $12,000 back in MArch of 2018 for a full kitchen redo at my property. This amounts covered everything, labor and parts except the quartz countertops.

The company attempted to install my kitchen back in December 2018 only to realize that Jose Ignacio Perez, the company owner measured in centimiters instead of inches because he orders kitchens from Spain. I still do not have a kitchen, it is 50% done as most of it did not come right beacuse of bad measurements and on top of that, I have to order a new coutertop for a total of $3,000 because they also screwed up on the countertop measurements. 

There is no answering to phone calls, only text messages saying he screwed up and has no money. So, where's my money? Probably on his brand new BMW 5 series.
