There is a STD home owners association fee that we pay at the beginnig of the year. This co. is supposed to send their customers a bill at the beginning of the year. They never sent me the bill even though they had my correct address. They delibrately waited six months, then they send me a bill which was the double of what the original bill was.
When you call they only direct you to their web site to pay. You hear the recorded but familiar message:" Due to large call volume we can not aswer the phone.... ". By design noone is available to address your complaint. In the mean time they continue to add to the admin. fees.
The company is run by a buch of godless thives rubbing people.

How is it that you know the bill was double the amount of the original bill that you never received?
