Spectrum internet This company has been fraudulently taking money out of my bank account for months. I have tried contacting them for three weeks. I keep getting transferred over to someone else. This company has been fraudulently taking money out of my bank account for months. I have tried contacting them for three weeks. I keep getting transferred over to someone else. I went to the spectrum store and they said they could not help me and to call billing. My bills are paid on time every month and they keep charging “insufficient fees” many times a month.
When I called they said they had no trouble receiving my payments every month. I decided to cancel my services and did enroll from auto pay and they charged my account again. Spectrum needs to be s**t down. Absolutely terrible service. Also placed a complaint with the better Business bureau. United States

This company has been fraudulently taking money out of my bank account for months. I have tried contacting them for three weeks.
- If they have been taking money out of your account for months, why have you only been trying to contact them for 3 weeks?
If they were charging you "insufficient fees" many times a month, but then say they had no issues. Did they refund the fees? If not what was the reason they gave for not refunding them?
Do you have proof that the payments were coming out of your account?
Seems like there is a lot that you are NOT posting.
