Spencer Cornelia Sexually assaulted me during a home viewing Las Vegas NV

On 6/10/25, I attended a scheduled property viewing coordinated by real estate agent Spencer Cornelia in Las Vegas, NV. The viewing was arranged under professional circumstances, with the understanding that Mr. Cornelia would provide access to the home and answer relevant questions regarding the property.

During the appointment, Mr. Cornelia acted inappropriately and unprofessionally. Spencer made an unsolicited and unwanted advance toward me inside the home. Despite my clear discomfort and objection, he escalated his behavior to a level I now understand to be sexual assault.

I did not consent to any form of physical contact. I was only trying to view a home to buy and was unaware of this predator. I communicated my discomfort and attempted to leave the premises immediately. His behavior was not only unethical and exploitative, but it also left me shaken, violated, and fearful. He screamed at me and told me that I better not say a word or I will regret it. 

After leaving the property, I called my boyfriend immediately, I was scared to go to the police immediately due to his threats.

I have gained the courage now to pursue legal action and go to the police. I am submitting this report to formally document the incident and pursue the appropriate actions against Spencer Cornelia.
