Cryptocurrency based debit card company operating in the US and Canada. They have locked my account and are still holding my funds!

This is not the first time they've done this either. They've used the excuse of "Suspicious Activity" but they know this is not the case.

In mid 2019 I promoted this product as they were offering $100 signup bonus. They accused me of taking advantage of the flaws in their system when all I did was use the money that was given to me by them! 

For the past 3 weeks, they locked my account out so I can not access the referral funds I made + the other funds I had put on the app. 

This is a Visa backed Cryptocurrency Debit card that allows you to put Bitcoin & other coins on the app and then u can use at the store as u please without having to convert it over to USD. Just recently, I was told this method is not legal and it must be converted to cash prior to u as the user makes the transaction. I'm thinking this could be the reason why they're locking people out of their accounts. 

I've contacted support numerous times to resolve but they just keep giving the run around. 

My advice if you are reading this is do not sign up for the card with this company as they most likely will lock your account if they don't like something.
