I had an issue with them messing up my bank account back in the day which caused me to quit playing there and them saying that I owe them. After a bunch of time went by they sent me an email saying that they cleared my account balance so instead of being in the negative when logging on I was back to a fresh start of$0.00. I managed to flip $250 freeroll and hit the 60x rollover and flip my money to $721 and when I went to cashout it got rejected and they said I needed settle my money dispute that they said in the email that they cleared.

They are not honoring the email that they had sent me and even customer service said that my account had been zeroed out but when it came to me cashing out now they don’t want to honor it and bring it back up. So they were either trying to get me to deposit to steal my money or they just don’t want to pay the $721 that I tried to cashout. So as far as I’m concerned they cleared my account just as it says in the email and they are refusing to pay me my money that I won and should be blacklisted for doing so.
