While recovering/rehabilitating from being paralyzed in an auto accident, I hired Eric to repair a pipe that burst during a storm. Once that was done he begged to do the rest of my repairs, which included my kitchen, dining rm, living rm, wash rm, coat closet & master bdrm floors.(All water damage completely from the pipe). While in rehab he sent the contract by a fam member of mine which stated what wld be repaired, time, # of workers & price. I agreed upon all terms. 5 days later he comes to my rehab center requesting pmt. My mother sent pics of what was done up to that point. I expressed my concerns w/Eric @ that time & he promised the work wld be completed by the next day. So I wrote 2 sep checks....to him, not his so called company... per his request bc whomever wldnt cash a check over 1k. 

The next day comes and he didnt even show up to my home!! 2 full days passed and he completed the work. Or so he thought!! With the pics I rcvd...I wouldnt have let a dog reside in my home the way he left it. And after several attempts of requesting that he go back & fix things, I let it go...at least until I recovered fully. My focus was to walk again so at the time, it  had to be waitlisted.

Moving on to the day I came home from rehab, I literally cried at the sight of my floor. Things looked way worse than the pics my mom took. I immediately called him, of course, he gave me the run around. I have served 3 homes thru small claims court. All returned due to no answer. Im at the point of wanting to ruin this man. He is unprofessional, he lies, steals, and breaches contracts, including his marriage!!  I hope this report helps someone in the future bc his license sould be revoked in the state of SC. Theres no way I shld be the 1st to report him.
