Sprot Monney took bitcoin payment and never deliver at toronto Ontario

Don’t do business with these people. They stole from me 0.23 BTC which at this time were worth around CA$2300. 

I made the stupid decision to trust “The Most Trusted Name In Precious Metals”, which to some extend is my mistake because it turns out it should be the “Most Untrusted Name”. 

On March 12, 2020 I decided to purchase 1 oz Canadian Maple Leaf coin using bitcoins I had at this time. Following the instructions from their site and from my previous experience with bitcoin transactions I deposited CA$50 as they requested to lock the price and then the site asked me to transfer the bitcoins. I scanned the code and approximately 0.23 bitcoins when trough. 

Unfortunately, in one hour my transaction was canceled, and the money was charged from my credit card. When I called them they said they have never received my payment and of course they received the credit card payment, and hold it. I called them again and they started to lie to me that they are not seeing my transaction. I sent them screenshot from my wallet, did my research which led me to see they already took the bitcoin and spent it. This literally means that they took out the money and now pretending nothing happens. 

I called them three times so far and my last call was on March 13, 2020 when I asked them to return my money and release the hold up on my credit card. They refused with the excuse they have never received the bitcoin transfer and they cannot release the hold up on my credit card account because I haven’t transferred anything.

Update March 25. Called again they send me to some voice mail. This is the reason I am posting this here. These people are complete scammers and I will file a complain agianst them at Ontario Government.
