Spruce Power - System did not work from the beginning. keep getting bills, sometimes two a month Fontana California

trouble from day 1. nothing worked, if a problem, nobody showed to fix it. Nothing that they told me came to fact. this was supposed to eliminate my electric bill, it did not, after more that a year,it never even lowered it.  i would get a spruce bill for approximately $135.00 and an electric bill for $90.00 each month, i would have been better off not getting the system at all. they also never got a permit to do the work.  i am part of a legal action law suit against spruce. i had to have a new roof put on, the panels  needed to come down to do so. They wanted $500.00 to take it down. At this point the system had been shut off for 8 months. I wrote a letter to Spruce stating all my complaints, each time i got a bill i sent them a copy of the letter, and to come get their panels. the panels were not put back on because during installation they  put a hole in my roof, that caused major damage to my home interior during several rain storms.  I contacted spruce about repairs for the damage, they said they were no responsible, almost $7000.00. spruce has called me twice on a recorded line, and i told them i did not want to be recorded, as these can be altered. I just got my second bill for may. When i got home yesterday, there was a paper on my screen door addressed to me. it was stuck on with blue contractors tape(how tacky) on the inside was a letter from spruce saying "delinqurent disconnect", their spelling.  It is a threat against me. according to other companies there were not enough panels put on to generate enough power and the ones put on were sub standard. something needs to be done with this company, i have filed several complaints in california and texas.
