We realized two years late that this company had charged our American Express card for $246 and provided nothing in return. When we found out we saw that they charged our card in August for a program that was billed to start Dec 31 2020. Immediately we went in to the portal and disupted all the charges an the most recent in particular for $69 for an SSL that we NEVER authorized.
We requested to cancel the item in Sept 3 2020
We went through 5 calls to amex and then received the refund. Then the company said we had send in a written request last mionth. which we did that day.
Then, SSL GURU used that written request showing it was more than 30 days after the charge and was no linger allowed a refund and then they reversed the refund and recharged our account.
This is straight up fraud. It states on the refund policy that refunds are accepted using the portal and that is what we initially did.
This company is highly unethical and and RIP OFF
