Sportzino.com is an online sweepstakes casino and is managed by SSPS, LLC. After making over $8,000 in purchases the company employed several tactics to prevent me from withdrawing over $4,000 in funds, primarily by enforcing banking restrictions that do not exist in their published terms and conditions contract. I was reminded that when I signed up for an account I agreed to adhere to their terms and conditions and they urged me to read them. After thoroughly going through the contract I found (sections 5.1-5.16) only specify three requirements: the bank account must be in the customer's legal name, account information must be accurate, and customers are responsible if their bank rejects payment. Despite multiple requests, they were unable to point to any documented policy restricting specific financial institutions. The situation became more concerning when they began rejecting my proof of residency documents they had previously accepted the week prior. When pressed for explanation about these inconsistencies and asked to cite specific terms supporting their restrictions, they responded with automated messages and eventually blocked further communication attempts. Over the span of a few weeks I filed multiple complaints and not one person responded.
