US Star Trucking LLC Harry Johnson - (fake name) - supposed to be the owner. They damaged my car during transport and refuse to pay for the damage! Total Ripoff Company Pigeon Forge Tennessee

It doesn't get any worse that US Star Trucking LLC.

They were very late.

They damaged my car.... over $3800 woth of damage.

They didn't like my estimate from my dealer.   They wanted me to go to their second rate shop.   I get to choose where my car gets fixed.   I want OEM parts. 

When they refused my claim they stopped taking my calls.  They blocked my number.

That's OK.  My car insurance attorneys will go after their insurance company.   I have pictures that are dated and time stamped from Point A and from Point B with the truck in the background at both ends.   I'll get paid.   What a hassle though.   They are just stalling because they are probably broke and can't afford to pay for the damages.   I found out there deductible is $2500.00.   They can't even afford the first $2500 of my claim.    Jerks. 

It's bad enough that my car was late and come to me damaged.

Now I have to chase them to get paid.
