Quinns Auction Gallery is a fraudulent scheme, targeting the elderly for financial exploitation as reflected in the reviews on the Yelp page for Quinns Auction Gallery.

David Quinn is the owner and President of Quinns Auction Gallery with dual citizenship in Arizona, and is believed to be the same David Quinn with a criminal record of fraudulent schemes, conspiracy, and theft of property, which would account for these myriad of complaints for this scheme:

This same David Quinn incorporated another scheme also targeting the same victim population as in Virginia, elderly retires and estates of loved ones, under an enterprise called 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning:

360estatesales.com

This new estate scheme targeting the elderly for financially exploitation is marketing estates of deceased retires in Sun City, Arizona, a popular retirement destination for retirees from the east coast:

Any past or present victims of these fraudulent schemes are encouraged to contact law enforcement, your state's attorney general's office, the BBB, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Victims of the Quinn family's schemes are also encouraged to post reviews on these several review sites to alert families and relatives of deceased estates to avoid further victimization of vulnerable adults in our community.

on the worldwide web was a very good idea. A Harvard Business Professor told his class of executives in late 2004 that exposure is a corporation’s worst fear. He would have been correct had he said it’s a person’s worst fear or even a government’s worst fear.

*****Anyone in the world can type in 269041 at this site and scroll down to the comment entitled “Blame it on a Lawyer” at Ripoff Report 269041 and read more of what the good Professor said.

Good luck to you!

BBB 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning Elderly Fraud Update dba Quinns Auction Galleries

AUTHOR: Michael - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, October 01, 2021

The following is additional information supporting the previous Rip Off Report regarding 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning, Quinn's Auction Galleries, Quinn & Sons Inc, David Quinn, and Jenn Quinn.

https://www.bbb.org/us/va/falls-church/profile/estate-auctions/quinns-auction-gallery-0241-79000622/complaints#0

"Quinn's Auction Gallery owner(s) took advantage of my mother, who is a senior citizen in poor health. They charged approximately $25,000 to my mother's two, possibly three, credit cards. One purchase of $20,700 was for three monumental (10-11 feet tall) bronze Buddhist statues. I was told by another customer of Quinn's that, "David Q**** and associates had been trying to get rid of those statues for years!" The statues weren't even up for bid at the auction but David sold them to her anyway.

I contacted David Q**** and associate, Kristen S******, to inform them that my mother has been under the care of a physician, is currently hospitalized for that condition, and was unable to make rational financial decisions at the time of that large $20,700 purchase. I asked David and Kristen if we could return these outlandish statues and credit my mother's credit card accounts. They refused. Just a side note, my mother is no stranger to them either.

When I spoke with David Q**** in person to retrieve documentation of my mother's purchases, I had him look up previous purchases as far back as 2012. They were all small rational purchases made maybe once or twice a year. There were no large/abnormal purchases made until December 4th, 2019 when they sold her these 11 ft. bronze statues equaling $20,700. There were also several more charges in the thousands made after the statues.

She was clearly unwell and David knew it. Her purchasing history shows she was clearly unwell at the time of the $20,700 purchase. I even offered to send him a letter from all her physicians. In person, he offered to take back the statues but when asked via email if we could return the statues, he denied ever saying it."

I am aghast that these people have been allowed to remain in business for so many years. Why? Their victims are usually widows in their 90s too elderly and incoherent to know fraud has been perpetrated upon them. Familes of the estates of their elderly parents/grandparents who have no idea of the value of the property and just want the homes "cleaned out" and the others are live auctioneers or owners of art galleries who could care less who the fraudulent recieved art came from to stock there shelves with cheap fine art.

Bravo, Ripoff Report, for standing your ground to fight for the rights of vunerable adults against scams the and financial exploitation of vunarable adults.

The front man for the fraudulent scheme, Matt Quinn, is literally the "Don Lapre" of estate sales and fraud. They were big time once upon a time, even being featured on the Today Show with Lester Holt (didn't make it to SNL like Don did though!).
