I Started Sream the about 3 yeats Ago' They sell online Games And LInk you to them. Alot of the Games the Sell are ran through a third party , However there App runs most of the Third paty Games. so you are basicaly dealing with 2 companies when buying a game from them. I started a game called world of world of warships. It was a game where ship from WW2 battle each other. I purchased many ships and many extra things in the game to help me get better faster.

I purchased a very special battleship that was supposed to be superpowerful for $84.00. It did not work, I asked for a refund buth they refused and wouldn't. I called chase bank and they started a reversal. - The finally contacted me and said they could not issue a refund, and that the company I bought it from had locked my account undil I paid the money back. I had hundreds of dollars in ship that I had just purchased, so I figured 1 bad ship was better than no ship.  I  Reveresed the Chargeback imediately with chase 2 months went by and stil ny account was locked.

I coontacted steam they said they had not received the payment, I called Chase Bank And the sent me the deposit paperwork that showed  That Steam had received the Money into their account  over 1 month before. I Sent SteaM A message, INuding Picturs Of the Paynt return slip from chase. Steam now said it could  up to six month to credit the account one the founfdthe slip Chase Bank was irrate about this situation, The Bank told me that All of my Purchases could  be reversed  because that comapany was being  dishonest .

So i informed steam Too please Credit my account or a would have to let the credit card company take over the sutuation .Steam Was not interested, So i Disputed about 12 Charges toltalling  $384. The Bank too k the money Bank, I was very happy., Sincerely alan morris
