 They call you a liar, when you call them to cancel your insurance, because you went somewhere else. They say you must "Prove it”! They deceive you. One of their agents left the company and the Regional Sales Manager continues to use his email address like he is still with the company and you are corresponding with him, even though he has left the agency.

It isn’t until you are told that the agent has left the company that the regional sales manager finally tells you that it is he who has been corresponding, using the email address of the agent who left the company. They try to intimidate you by threatening you by saying that they are going to the state of California on you, because you are lying that you purchased your insurance elsewhere .

They harass you with telephone calls, one after the other, after the other after the other, 8-10 in a 15 minute period, even when you tell them to stop calling. And they will come up with any number of excuses why they and you cannot cancel your insurance policies. Avoid then like the plague.
