Aug 19, 2022 in route from Upstate NY to Fl.  Transmission blew up in Grantville, PA.  Called Chrysler for tow, they never sent a tow so had to call Gieco Ins for a tow.  Towed to Heritage Jeep, Told couldn't look at jeep for at least two weeks.  Towed to Forrer Jeep, closed.  No facilities any where near so slept in Jeep.  Service not open on Sat. So had to get rental car and motel till Monday.  Monday told transmission was blown and at least 4 to 6 weeks before they could get a new one.  Talked to Customer Care and assured that all expenses will be covered and jeep would be delivered to me in FL when repaired. Drove home to Fl. with rental car.  On 09/26/2022 informed jeep was repaired.  Waited 2 weeks for jeep return, never returned and it would be 3 to 6 weeks before it would be shipped, so I drove back to PA (946 miles one way) to get Jeep.

The TOTAL expense for this 46 day episode that they had the jeep is-      $5589.94                                                   Customer Care sent me a check to close the case for                               $2318.17                                                                                                                                              MyLoss        $3271.77                                                This Grand Cherokee Jeep at the time of failure had 17,521 miles,                                                                          Under full factory warranty and extended MOPAR Vehicle Protection                                                                    Warranty and as I stated Customer Care assured me that all expenses                                                                  would be covered.  Since The time that the had sent me the check I have                                                            continuosly been trying to get them to re-open the case to correct this unjustice                                                and they refuse.
