Stephen Jelinek is cyberstalking us after booking our Airbnb. Threats, harassment through text messages. Saint Paul Minneapolis

Stephen Jelinek reserved our Airbnb which is in a shared environment with 9 other guests.   He extended his reservation 3 times and he had a very difficult time paying the $10 per night.  His presense made the other guests uncomfortable because he was 'preaching' Jesus and asking people for money.

After he vacated he left a negative review saying there was a neighbor's barking dog and he wanted a 'skylight' over his bed and complaining that it was a shared envirnment. Remember this place is only $10/night here in Miami which is super-duper cheap.  Despite our negative experience, we actually left him a positive review on Airbnb because I like to live life with positive energy.

The real problem is months later he is researching our information on the internet. He copied our information on Airbnb and began texting us with threats, harrasment and negativity.  He called code enforcement and local law enforcement because Airbnb rentals are typically a code violation and he thinks we didn't get permits for our renovations. 

We actually did have permits so it wasn't a big deal.  Keep in mind, this is completely unprovoked. That is what is alarming - 3 months later he is doing thi!. I suspect he suffers from mental illness but we are still concerned.

He got my friend's number who helped me one day and sent him a threat.  My friend that Jelinek contacted  had nothing to do with the Airbnb or anything! We made a police report documenting the incident just in case he comes here with a weapon. The number that he is harrassing us is 1-605-799-5177.
