Stereo RPG Plus Ordered a stereo and they said they didnt have the module and I would have to wait for installation until the part came in. That was in July 2020 and now In Jan 2021 I sold my truck there still isnt any module and They refused to refund my $1100 I was forced to pay up front. Montclair California

So in July 2020 I went there to get a stereo ordered and installed on my truck. I was told that I had to pay for everything up front which was a total of $1100. I paid and left my truck there for installation and was told that a module had to be orded from China to complete the installation. Every month I called to see if the module came in, and was told "not yet". It is now Jan 2021, I have sold my truck, and just wanted a refund on parts and services that where never provided, and told that they could have sold that item for twice of what I paid, when they clearly have plenty in stock, and refused to refund ANY of my money with a rude, disrespectful tone.

Since the purchase was in July 2020, I was past the time to dispute the charges on my credit card. From reading reviews recently, it seems like this is a common practice for this business. I went on a recomondation from a friend and really wish that I had read the reviews prior to attempting to do business with Carlos (Owner) and Sean (salesperson). I am a retired Army Vetran who is on a social security income and $1100 is quite a bit of money for this senior citizen.
