After we deposited it, he stopped payment. We filed for an eviction and were granted a judgement for almost five thousand dollars. This was after he ripped me off for about $3,000 in lawn work he never performed. After I evicted him I found out he is a registered sex offender in the state of florida. WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY. Also, his good buddy is a cape coral police officer so be VERY careful. The judgement is recorded with the Florida Division of Corporations. He has moved to 2215  NE 15th St, Cape Coral according to the FDLE sex offender website. His company, royal blue lawn service should be avoided as well.
