Stewart Mechanical, Samantha Stewart, Michael Stewart, Abandoned an AC installation job after receiving payment Phoenix AZ

I hired Stewart Mechanical to install a new AC system and I’ve filed a complaint with the Arizona registrar of contractors for abandonment. Complaint # 2024-08377. According to the email Samantha Stewart sent me on June 24th (see attached photos) They have chosen to not complete the job and the reasoning is absurd , outrageous, and unsupported. Once i filed the complaint with the registrar of contractors Samantha took it even further with her personal attacks in her response to the complaint. She says she has obtained personal medical history regarding myself and goes on to fabricate outrageous stories with once again, no supporting documentation. If anyone did the things she’s claiming I’ve done there would be a complaint filed somewhere. It sounds like the person she’s describing needs a restraining order so there should be a police complaint at least?

A complaint to the contractors registrar at least? None of these can be found against me but a complaint has been filed against Stewart Mechanical. My experience with Samantha Stewart and Stewart Mechanical has left me speechless. I can’t believe this company is operating in this manner. I feel completely violated and I’m disturbed by the actions of Samantha Stewart regarding a simple request to complete the installation of an AC system. I have a contract and I’ve paid 75% of the contact amount and she states she’s installed half the unit in the attic and they will not install the other half of the unit and now act erratic and hostile towards me while claiming the opposite.
